Cryostat

A Cryostat is a Machine in Stanislaw Lem's novel Fiasco.

Purpose

To keep the body crystallized in the Vitrifax through cold storage at temperatures of the boiling point of liquid helium. Enables conservation of goods so treated over hundreds of years.
