A Naser is a Machine in Stanislaw Lem's Novel His Masters Voice.
The Naser emits a monochromatic corpuscular beam. It would be a Neutrino Laser if constructed.
Shigubov and other Physicists discovered the inversion of the neutrino which lead to the development of the Theory to construct the Naser.
