Typhon Ridge is a location (a path) in Stanislaw Lem's Novel Fiasco.
It is cutting through the main lava flow of the Gorgon, anyway, they breached it with special thermonuclear bombs, after digging a tunnel.
It was opened a year ago as a new trail. It tries to avoid the Depression, intersecting only the southernmost extension of the it.
It has been pronounced safe by the experts.
